Q: Are you a factory or trading company?
A: Otana-alu is a brand of us, our factory is located in Dali, Foshan, with 15 years experience on producing aluminium product.

Q: Can I get some samples of your products?
A: Sure, we can send samples to you, but the freight cost will be yours.
Before sending the samples, we would like to get your drawings or some pictures of the product you want.

Q: What’s the MOQ (minimum of quantity) of your products?
A: As we have more than a thousand products, the MOQ is depending on each type of product.

If your interested product has stock, the MOQ will be lower.

Q: Do you accept customized?
A: Yes, customization is supported, welcome sending us samples or drawings.

Q: What’s your lead time (production time)?
A: It depends on the products, the quantity, and we also need to consider if it’s a busy season of the factory.
Usually, the lead time is 15-30 days after we receive the deposit.

Q: How can I pay, and what’s the payment term?
A: We accept T/T, any other payment methods you can discuss with our sales team.
We will charge a 30% deposit first, and the balance will be paid before loading the container.

Q: What guarantees do I get in the cooperation? What if your product doesn’t meet my needs?
A: If the product does not meet your strict requirements, we can provide either an immediate refund or immediate remakes at no extra cost to you. Our reputation among customers and their satisfaction are the main reasons for our success.
